As I have said before Rylee is somewhat of a "night owl", most of his best "work" is done after hours. For this reason we have taken many percations to minimize the temptations for him. We have first accepted the fact that no matter what we do, he does not sleep in his bed. His bed of choice is the loveseat or couch in our living room. Another step we have taken is putting locks on the refridgerator and the food cabinets. He went through a few weeks of helping himself to several "midnight" snacks. We hadn't had any problems for a couple of weeks until....
I rest my case, Rylee is guilty as charged!!

I know this isn't really THAT funny, but OMG I laughed my butt off! Your storytelling makes it hilarious. Is that sharpie going to come off the couch?? I did gasp a bit when I saw that picture. Oh (sigh), the joys of children :)
Oh my gosh I cannot believe he did that while you guys were sleeping! I'm sorry, but I also laughed my butt off :)
I have to admit after the fact it is funny... good thing we have been looking into getting new couches!
